Celebrating Christmas in a club for people with special needs.

It is Christmas every time you smile at your brother and sister and offer them your hand, every time you listen to them in silence, every time you share your hopes with 'those in bondage' (those who are oppressed by physical, moral and spiritual poverty), every time you own up to your defects and weaknesses. It is Christmas every time you let God love others through you.

                                                                             Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta

These words are the best to describe what we were discussing during the Christmas celebration in the club for people with special needs. After the discussion, a film watched and Christmas quiz we have also watched a video on how people celebrate Christmas in different countries. Anna and Ksyusha, the volunteering animators, as well as the Snow Maiden and funny Farther Frost’s assistant have joined us afterwards. They have performed interesting competitions and games. Parents were having fun like children. We are glad that parents of non-ambulatory disable children have enjoyed the celebration as well! They have also participated in the activity. Everyone has received a present, because Christmas means presents too. Apart the presents we have had sweets and tea.

We are grateful to our friends Anna and Ksyusha, the volunteering animators, as well as everyone who participated and made this celebration happened.
