Once in ancient times people were settling not far away from rivers, and if somebody had more food than he needed for today, he could “Let bread go by water” and people who were living down the river could have bread to eat

Ecclesiastes 11:1 Let bread go by water because many days later you can find it again

Now you should not go to the river to give people everything you have in plenty or everything that overfills you.

Things happen that the person who gathered a lot of negative emotions inside gives it to other people.

This is a special process that looks like a "domino" principle that you can see in famous show "DOMINO" PRINCIPLE. When a chip touches to the nearest chip it gives its energy to the following one and it continues step-by-step until the full picture is appeared.

 Thank to the Internet we can offer positive or negative emotions for people but not only for people who are with you, but also for those who live on the opposite side of the Earth.

Jack Welch had been managing the GENERAL ELECTRIC from 1981 to retirement in 2001

GENERAL ELECTRIC has its departments and affiliated companies in more than 100 countries of the world. the total number of employees is over 315 thousand people. Capitalization following the results of 2003 is equal to 302,5 billion USD – the highest rate among all the companies of the world. In 1984 magazine Fortune made up the rating of “the most strict bosses of America” and put Welch to the top of the rating.

 During the first 5 years of management Welch had cut the staff of GE by more than quarter.

Therewith, Jack Welch realized the importance of energy transfer that motivated employees.

Jack sent notes to the distinguished GE employees of all levels, where he thanked them for the good work.

In the words of one of the employees: “I’m still keeping this note. It was something incredible for me! My work and my contribution to the cause were valuated by the person who is at the head of hundreds of thousands of people”.

This method is very cheap, but very effective. It is an effective method of motivation and formation of the chain of the positive communication.

I heard the below story from my friend Jim Brannon during one of business seminars on team building.

My friend Jim was the head of the department of the Delta Airlines Company. When he got the grateful letters for the successful work from the higher management, customers, Jim copied the letters, marked out the names of the distinguished employees with the colorful marker and put them on the desk.

Jim transferred the obtained positive to other members of his team.When coming to the office you can see the following picture, continued Jim, plenty of the employees, each sitting at his table and making his job.

Though once, one of the table was empty, there were no personal things on it, nobody worked at that table, because the employee who worked at that table died suddenly.

The atmosphere was awful, no one could think of work. Such thoughts were in the head: «There he was and here he wasn’t any more. All of us are the details of one mechanism, which will be replaced by new ones without keeping in memory its importance.

Jim made an employee’s photo and put it with the flowers on the empty desk of the passed away colleague.

This gesture evidenced that everyone remembered the gone colleague, valued him and his contribution to the cause.  

When Jim talked about his subordinates, he was like the father knowing the way of lives of his children.

Jim took upon himself the responsibility for the team’s errors and was truly grateful for the successfully executed work. Such approach improved the job climate in the team.

It was one of most emotional speeches of the speakers on the business seminar I ever heard. The hearts of those present were touched so deeply by such interrelation “the head – the subordinate”, that the emotions thrilled through the hearts transferring into tears. I pay your attention to the fact that in the hall mostly the top-managers were present, who are business people, they have to be strict due to the form of their activity and to take firm decisions.

When Elena Romanova invited us to take lesson in the Zmievskiy orphanage, we talked with children about Internet, however I emphasized not only the fact that Internet is the source of knowledge for personal promotion and development, but first of all that Internet is the tool for positive communication.

We introduced the children to Chelsea McShurley, a student from the USA, who told the children from her own experience about the importance of study during the whole life and first of all of learning the way of communication with people. In the end the children were presented with the handmade “pigeons

A pigeon is a symbol of a spiritual growth, a desire for the inner world, and for peace between people.

Our communication with the children was very open and interesting. Due to such positive communication, we took away much more positive than we brought here. So the law:  Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days.
